By bike to the Pávovský pond

We set off from the Alzheimer Centre on Roman Havelka Street along the R04 cycle path, U Boroviny Street and after 700 m at the crossroads we turn right onto the B06. We continue along the former Reindler's Court to the street on May 5. Here we will connect to the modern section of the R08 cycle path and comfortably reach the Pávovský autocamp, which extends around the pond of the same name. It is a popular destination for lovers of paddleboarding, which you can rent and try here. We pass by the camp and follow the yellow tourist trail along a pleasant forest path to the village of Zborná. There is also a miners' educational trail and on the hill Rudný (Šacberk) the remains of a lookout tower that stood here at the beginning of the 20th century. Be sure to go here for a walking trip next time. When passing through the village of Zborná we can refresh ourselves in the local Inn U Lípy on the village square. It is a popular stop for tourists, has a very spacious garden with a children's sandbox and swings. From Zborná we continue along the yellow trail with a short climb to the pension U Lyžaře. From here along the R04 cycle path through the open countryside with a beautiful view of the whole city of Jihlava, we descend a comfortable descent around the Borovinka pond back to Jihlava.
