The Gate of Jihlava, a contributory organization, with its registered office at Jihlava, Divadelní 1365/4, ID No.: 09718044, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, file No.: Pr 2119, tel.: 565597551, e-mail: office@branajihlavy.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), is within the meaning of Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), is the controller of your personal data, i.e. it collects, stores and uses (and otherwise processes) your personal data for the performance of its activities. The individual purposes of processing personal data are further defined in this Privacy Policy.

All of your personal information may only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Controller may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating it on the website www.dojihlavy.cz (the "Website").

WHATWE COLLECT

The controller collects and processes the following personal data:

(i) Information it obtains from its business partners in the event that a contract is entered into, which is necessary for the creation of the contract and the implementation of the contractual relationship between the Controller and its business partner. This personal data includes:

  • First Name/Surname
  • Address / mailing address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Billing and payment details
  • Additional information regarding the identification of the business partner and the services that are the subject of the contractual relationship between the Controller and the business partner

(ii) In the event that the proposal to enter into a contract is made by a non-business natural person, the Controller shall process the same personal data referred to in (i) above

(iii) In the case of placing an order on the Website, we process the following personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

(v) If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address

(vi) When you visit the Website, we use Google Analytics to determine user behaviour on the Website.

 

For what purpose we process personal data:

We process the identification, payment and contact data of our business partners and non-business individuals for the purpose of negotiating the conclusion, amendment or performance of a contract if the communication is aimed at negotiating the conclusion, amendment or performance of a contract. The processing period is defined by the duration of the specific contractual relationship and subsequently for the duration of the statutory limitation periods or, if applicable, for the duration of the proprietary copyrights if they are the subject of the contractual relationship.

In case of legitimate interest or if we have the appropriate consent, we use the contact details (email/phone number) of business partners to send marketing communications about products and services or to inform the public.

We may also use any of the above data to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. for the purposes of recovering any debts and to ensure the protection of our legal rights).

We also process personal data for the performance of our legal obligations (in particular, the performance of tax, payment and statistical obligations) for the period of time specified by the relevant legal regulations.

We may also use your contact details to ensure our communication with each other and to enable you to exercise your rights in relation to the protection of personal data.

Where we store your personal data

Your personal data is stored in our operated and secure systems within the EU.

A current list of personal data processors is maintained by the Controller and will be provided upon request.

The processing of personal data is mainly carried out at the Administrator's registered office. The processing is carried out by computer technology or, where appropriate, manually for personal data in paper form, in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data.

Personal data will not be transferred outside EU countries without an adequate level of data protection.

In the case of processing carried out on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent in part or in full at any time with future effects. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal.

 

Right to request rectification, blocking or destruction of personal data

  • You have had your personal data erased (in particular if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed or if you withdraw consent to processing or object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for further processing)
  • ‍We have restricted the processing of your personal data (in particular, where you deny the accuracy of the personal data or the processing is unlawful and you refuse to erase the personal data and request instead a restriction on its use or we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims)

Right to lodge a complaint against processing

A complaint against the Administrator's procedure in connection with the processing of personal data may be filed with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, Postal Code 170 00, Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
