Jihlava - Větrný Jeníkov - Smrčná - Jihlava
From Jihlava we leave via Český mlýn, through the residential part of the Old Mountains towards Hybrálka, along the Jihlava ring road towards Plandry, along the road towards Bílý Kámen, Šimanov to Větrný Jeníkov. Visit the local chateau and the RAF Museum, if you are not in a hurry, the Lower Mill with the statues of the blacksmith Leopold Habermann is certainly worth a visit.
From Větrný Jeníkov you can follow the route to the popular cottage area at Černý rybník and from there along the Bee Trail to Smrčná. From Smrčná, the path leads through the beech forests of the Vysoký kámen natural monument; on the way you can refresh yourself in one of the local wells (Žandova studánka, Anetka, Eliška, Emanuela, Pod Kopulajem).
The path through the forest will lead you to the Pávov campsite, from there you can comfortably follow the cycle path to Jihlava.
