Around the zoo, along the Jihlava river valley and especially with a beautiful view of Jihlava

We start on the international cycle route No. 26 (Třebíč – Jihlava – Raabs) at the Brno Bridge. Through the Heulos Forest Park, the first part of which was planted here in the middle of the 19th century, the path to the Art Nouveau bridge U Jánů continues. This is once the only tram line connecting the city center with the main station. Above the zoo, whose five continents are also definitely worth a visit, we can notice a building, called Hrádek and built during the 2nd World War in the Old Germanic style. Along the right course of the Jihlava River we get to Havlíčkova Street, turn right in front of the railway bridge and continue along cycle path No. 26 to the footbridge to the building of the Secondary School of Applied Arts Helenín. You can learn about the importance of the local manufacturer Karel Löw for the development of Helenín in the walking route To the history of the textile industry. Along the way, we will at least see the sharp features of the former Löw Villa, built in the Tudor Gothic style. The appearance of the villa resembles the building of the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at Hogwarts. Along Hálkova and Soukenická streets, we will get to the cycle path leading through the Březinova housing estate, and the B02 cycle path through the Heulos Forest Park and around the ZOO we will reach our destination at the Brno Bridge.
