Since we wanted you to take away the experiences "from below" as well as those "from above", you will find our apartment in the very historical centre of Jihlava, in one of the townhouses (of course in the cellar), so you can fully enjoy everything else the city has to offer.

• ‍ADULTSONLY-the concept of the apartment is created only for adult visitors over 18 years of age to ensure your maximum peace, privacy and comfort.
• ‍PRIVATE WELLNESS ZONE- you can enjoy a unique part of the apartment, namely the wellness area with whirlpool, sauna and relax zone, which is part of the apartment and is available only for you during your stay.
• You can't builda corner-and we don't want to. We use the self check-in method, so you don't have to stress about possible delays and being tied to a specific arrival time.
• On the other hand, something simply cannot be replaced by chips and programs. With tradition and classic craftsmanship in mind, our cellar has been completely outfitted with handmade wooden furniture specifically for the needs of our cellar.
