The museum is located in the castle in Větrný Jeníkov.
The exhibition offers 4 rooms, the first is dedicated to the founding of Czechoslovakia, our army and air force and covers the Protectorate and the beginning of the fighting in Poland and France. The second contains an exhibition of uniforms and the rescue of airmen at sea. The third one is dedicated to our airmen and mainly displays model aircraft, but also shows examples of airmen's lives and a "mini" Operations room. The fourth area is dedicated to ground personnel.
The tour is accompanied by an expert commentary which introduces visitors to why and how our airmen fought in the British Royal Air Force. However, there is also time for individual viewing of the display or for questions. Several hundred kits - model aircraft - are also on display.
