Border crossings in Jihlava and its surroundings, which separate Bohemia and Moravia.

The boundary stones were erected by order of Maria Theresa in the mid-18th century to represent the border between Bohemia and Moravia. There are no tourist signs leading to them.

They are four identical, well-preserved quadrilateral spires with distinctive reliefs of the heraldic emblems of Bohemia (the Czech lion) and Moravia (the Moravian eagle). On the spires are engraved the inscriptions LIMITES BOHEMIAM INTER ET MORAVIAM - MARIA THERESIA AUGUSTA REGNI BOHEMIA SCEPTRA TENENTE - POSITI ANNO MDCCL. However, the monuments themselves were not completed until 1752 by the Polish sculptor Václav Viktor Morávek.

The first of the boundary markers rises just beyond the northern edge of the town on the right by the road to Heroltice. It is the only one standing on the last land boundary, the others are at different distances from it. The second one is in Sokolovská Street near the Kronospan bus stop, the third one is near the shopping centre on the corner of Sokolovská and Jiřího z Poděbrad Streets (the nearby road is called U Hraničníků) and the fourth one is on the border of Polenská and U Skály Streets.
